USER AGREEMENT (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

Below are the terms on which Coins4U.Net (Coins4U.Net) offers you use of Coins4U.Net website and its services. By joining this site you have acknowledged that you have read and agree to the Coins4U.Net Terms and Conditions.

Note: Coins4U.Net reserves the right to amend or change this agreement at any time. We will post any changes on this site, which will be automatically effective seven days after their initial posting. Therefore we recommend you check the user agreements regularly to see if which or any changes have been made.

Your continued use of this site or its services following the posting of any changes will means that you fully accept the changes made.

Before joining and proceeding to use our services you should read the User Agreement thoroughly. If you do not agree with the User Agreement even in part then you must not use our site (Coins4U.Net) or services. If you do agree to this User Agreement fully and in every aspect then click on the link at the bottom of the page and you will be able to use Coins4U.Net.

1. JOINING AND USING COINS4U.NET

You may only join and use Coins4U.Net if you are over the age of 18 and are lawfully allowed to form a legally binding contract.

You must not upload, list of post content or items that are illegal, abusive, obscene, offensive, racist, indecent, threatening or inappropriate on our site.

Your user id must not contain or represent a website address or email URL, or break any copyright, trade mark or other rights of third parties.

You must not conduct any activities which breach the law when selling or buying on our site.

You must provide us with accurate and up to date information about your true legal name, address and contact information.

You must not sell counterfiet goods, items, publications or software. We realise there is a demand for and that some collectors collect older counterfiet coins, for example the "evasion coins". To that extent the only exeption being:

You must not infringe the trade mark or copyright, or any other rights of third parties.

You must not give any false, inaccurate, misleading or defamatory information to use, or on your listings while selling on to sellers when buying or on any other part of the site.

You must not circulate viruses or any other content that may damage the property or business of Coins4U.Net or its users.

You must not upload or circulate Spam on our site or to our users. You must not use any email addresses, or personal information gained from our users to distibute advertisment or spam.

2. THE ROLE OF COINS4U.NET

Coins4U.Net is not an auctioneer it is an on-line platform for members to offer, sell or to buy items.

Coins4U.Net does not hold or physically examine items which are being listed or sold, and therefore, cannot be held responsible on the actual safety, legality, quantity, quality or that items are exactly as advertised by the seller.

You accept that Coins4U.Net will not be held liable for any item on the site.

You accept that Coins4U.Net does not own any of the items being sold and cannot guarantee the capability of either a buyer or a seller to complete a transaction.

Coins4U.Net does not endorse nor guarantee that any seller or buyer will complete the purchase of sale of any item.

Identity of persons

You accept that the identity of each user is not vetted by Coins4U.Net and therefore you are advised to be cautious when dealing with other users. Coins4U.Net does not take any responsibility for any action or exclusion of any details given by any users.

Accuracy and reliability of information

You accept that Coins4U.Net does not and cannot make any claim as to the accuracy and reliability of any information provided by users of this site. All listings are posted by users and they are solely responsible for the accuracy and reliability of any information they provide.

We cannot control all the information provided by users which is made available through our site. By its very nature other people's information may be inaccurate, harmful, offensive and in some cases will be mislabeled or deliberately misleading. We expect that you use caution when using our site. We disclaim any responsibility or liability for claims of libel, slander or defamation or for any loss or damages regardless of how it may have occurred from statements of users posted or otherwise made available and through use of our site.

You agree that Coins4U.Net shall be released from any and all claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with use of our site or with transactions between our members and users who have used our website. Coins4U.Net shall not be held liable for damaged allegedly sustained from purchase or sale of any goods or merchandise. Members and users agree to release Coins4U.Net and Coins 4 U Ltd from claims, demands or damages of any kind arising out of or in any way connected with use of our services.

By opening a membership account, each member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Coins4U.Net and Coins4 U Ltd its shareholders, directors, employees or agents from and against any liabilities, damages or losses, including lawyers fees, arising out of claims, judgments, actions, judicial or administrative orders, or settlements based on:

(i) allegations that content posted on a website by such member infringes on the intellectual property or other rights of any person
(ii) Any inaccuracy in or breach of the intellectual property certification
(iii) Transactions between such member and any actual or potential customer or
(iv) products or services sold or advertised, or claims made in advertising, by such member on any C$ website
(v) such member's membership or use of Coins 4 U Ltd and Coins 4 U. Net Services.

3. RULES & OBLIGATIONS FOR BUYERS

Please read all of the auction or sale description thoroughly to make sure you are able to complete the purchase if you are the successful winner of the item when the sale or auction has ended.

If you are the successful high bidder at the end of an auction or you click on Buy Now you must complete the transaction and pay the seller the full amount of payment due, unless you have good reason or suspect the seller is not who they claim to be. By bidding on an item or clicking Buy Now you confirm that you have the legal right and the means to enter into and complete the transaction.

Bids are permanent and non-with-drawable unless the seller agrees before the end of the sale or auction or you have bid on a listing which is on a stolen or fraudulent account.

No shill bidding allowed, whereby you bid on an item using a second account, or collusion with another member in order to raise the price of your item.

Please check all return policies before bidding or buying on an item as Coins4U.Net is not responsible for dealing with returns. All returns should be taking up and dealt with by the seller.

Please check all delivery options and information on the item(s) you are planning on bidding for. The seller is responsible for listing all delivery options and prices.

As a buyer please note that sellers that have items listed as "purchase now" may have the items listed for sale elsewhere. We have asked sellers that sell these items else where to let as know as soon as possible so that we can remove them from Coins4u.net. but there may be times when an item listed for sale via "purchase now" has already been sold.

however

all items listed as in an auction format are not allowed to be listed for sale elsewhere. Therefor the highest bidder when the auction comes to an end will be the winner of the item.

Coins4u.net is against the sale of forged, counterfeit and fake coins which are being sold as the real thing. Should you see a coin listed as being genuine which looks to be a fake then please email fakes@coins4u.net and we will look into it. Coins4u.net (Coins 4 U Ltd) reserve the right to end an auction early, especially if we believe the coin being sold is not genuine and ultimately ban repeating offenders. We are not against the sale of replica coins etc. as long as they are clearly described as being such. Please note once an auction has completed and if you are the winner, then you are tied into a legally binding contract between yourself and the seller, and Coins4u.net acting as an auction and advertising platform for sellers and buyers cannot be held responsible, nor interfere with any items sold after the end of an auction.

4. RULES & OBLIGATIONS FOR SELLERS

You are not allowed to contact a bidder to offer similar or the same items which you may have for sale. This is called bid siphoning.

You must only offer items which you are legally able to sell. These items must be fully owned by you and not carry any encumbrances.

Items listed or for sale should not break any laws or regulations in your country.

You must not sell counterfiet goods, items, publications or software. We realise there is a demand for and that some collectors collect older counterfiet coins, for example the "evasion coins". To that extent the only exeption being:

You must not infringe the trade mark or copyright, or any other rights of third parties.

You may not sell any item which contains slanderous, trade libelous, threatening, harassing or unlawful statements presented in any form.

You must make sure that all information provide by you is correct and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You must not make any listings which may contain any viruses or other damaging programmes which may interfere or collect the data or personal information of other users.

You must not publish any hyperlinks unless permission has been granted in writing by Coins4U.Net or it is on your listing and it is to another listing on your Coins4U.Net account.

Sellers are responsible for their items until they arrive safely to the buyer.

Items listed or for sale should not break any laws or regulations in your country.

As a seller if you have items listed as "purchase now" and they are listed for sale elsewhere. We need to be notifified straight away if the item/s do sell else where so that we can remove them from Coins4u.net.

5. SECURITY

You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information online in a public viewed area, such as a chat room or via e-mail discussions, that information may be collected and used by others. We do not control the actions of our visitors and registered users. If you disclose personal information in a publicly accessible place within the Coins4u.net website, you do so at your own risk and you understand that your submitted information may be collected and used by others to send you unsolicited messages, advertisements, or for other purposes.

To that end, we recommend you do not give your log in details (user name and/or password) to anyone else and you do not click on unsolicited emails (phising emails) with links.

6. FOREIGN CURRENCY & EXCHANGE RATES

This sites primary currency is British Pounds Sterling. However sellers are free to choose which currency they would like to list their items from the currencies provided, and the bidding will be incremented in the currency chosen

It is important to note that foreign exchange rates fluctuate minute by minute and the ones on our site are provided for indication purposes only. We endevour to the rates on a daily basis.
